Bartending Charges Rate Slab (LABOR ONLY) :
- Home parties etc - Rs.5500 - 6000 for 1 Experienced Bartender & Rs. 7500 for Flair bartenders
- Flair Bartender cum Fire Juggler - Rs. 10,000 - 12,000 per event. Will perform 2 - 3 Sequences of 2 - 3 mins each
- Indian Celebrity Bartender 80,000 - 100,000 (INR) + All Incidental Expenses like Flight tickets, Food, Accommodarion, Cab charges etc)
- International Experienced Bartenders - 50,000 - 3 Lacs per event with 7-8 hours of work
- International Celebrity Bartender Rs.4 - 10 Lacs Onwards Per Event + All Incidental Expenses ( International Flight Charges, Airport transfer, Food & Accommodation in Start Hotel ).
CHARGES BASED ON TYPE OF EVENTS:
- Anniversary parties/ Baby Showers - min. charges from Rs.6000 per Bartender
- Bachelor/ Bachelorette Parties - Rs.10,000 - 15,000 Onwards
- Weddings/ Receptions - Pls call to discuss
- Events - Public events, Product launch/ corporate parties/ conferences, Promotions etc. - Pls call
- New Years Party - Pls call to discuss
Note:
• This is for PAX 40 - 50 PAX (guests) & is for Labor Charges Only. Additional charges will apply for more number of people & all Bar supplies etc etc. A Professional & Experienced BARBACK is also required for quick services at the Bar and to help with making Cocktails, Mocktails, preparing the Bar setup, after party cleanup etc.
• All additional applicable charges will be levied for outstation staff
- The rates quoted above apply for 5 - 7 hours of service in Bangalore city limits. Extra charges will apply for every additional hour & post 1 am for Private Home Parties.
- Cost & transportation of ice cubes, block ice for chilling beer, fruit juices, sodas, beverages, liquors etc will be extra & as per actuals
- Travel, food & accommodation charges, Misc. expenses will be extra for outstation events
- Bartender Ratio: Recommended ratio is 2 Bartenders & 1 Barback for 45 - 50 guests & in multiples thereof
- More helpers may be required based on total number of guests
Cancellation Policy:
- Minimum charges of Rs.800 - 1000 + other actual expenses already incurred by us will apply for all orders under Rs.7500.
- 10% will apply as cancellation charges for orders worth Rs.10,000 - 20,000 & 15% for orders between Rs.25,000 - 1 Lac. or higher.

- Provide Quote - Materials Indent will be provided for liquor procurement expenses, fruits, veg's, syrups, ice cubes, block ice, glassware etc.
- Terms & conditions: 80% payment as advance & balance after the completion of party/ event. In some cases we will charge 100% advance payment
- We will NOT PROVIDE ANY ILLEGAL SERVICE OR ASSIST IN ANY CAPACITY, IN ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY !
